Mrs. Wood’s kindergarten class has been enjoying STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) projects.

Recently, students worked collaboratively to build houses with various materials. They tested their constructions with a blowdryer to see if it would fall down in the “wind.” 

Students observed and learned how different shapes and materials can stand up to the wind better than others.
