Beginning in February, the Fort Ann Elementary School will be selecting a Student of the Month! Students will be chosen by their classroom teachers based on the student’s overall improvement in behavior and/or academics in the classroom. Twenty-four students will be highlighted each month, with a picture taken for posting in the Elementary office and on Facebook, along with a special certificate. Other special perks will include some relaxation time with Finnigan, Mr. Jenkin's therapy dog, special seating in the cafeteria and lanyards that students will be able to take home.
